Brown County is now accepting e-filings in civil cases.

Effective January 1, 2018, it is mandatory that all civil cases be filed electronically.

Instructions for individuals filing pro se:

1. Complete the document that you would like to file (some accepted forms are provided on this page) and save as a PDF. (Additional forms are available at www.illinoiscourts.gov)

 

2. Choose an Electronic Service Filing Provider (ESFP). Click here for available providers.

 

3. Once you have registered with the ESFP, confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. Click on the link provided in the e-mail to proceed.
